Welcome to your tour with Seven Wonders! We’ll transfer you to your hotel, where you'll have some free time to relax. In the afternoon, please check the information boards at the hotel reception for details about the start of your tour.
In the morning, we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of Copenhagen, the largest city in Scandinavia, guided by a local expert. We’ll explore its notable landmarks, including Tivoli Gardens, Christiansborg Palace, the picturesque Nyhavn harbor, and the iconic Little Mermaid statue. Late in the morning, we’ll travel to Jutland, crossing a 20 km bridge over the sea and stopping in Odense to visit its Gothic cathedral and H.C. Andersen’s House. Upon arrival in Aarhus, you’ll have some free time to explore the city on your own.
We’ll travel to Hirtshals and board a ferry for a scenic three-hour crossing of the North Sea to Kristiansand, Norway. From there, we’ll follow Norway’s breathtaking southern coastline, with our first stop being the charming town of Flekkefjord. We’ll then proceed to Stavanger, a picturesque town with a lively port situated by the fjord.
As we depart from Stavanger, we’ll make a stop at the Swords in Rock monument, a tribute
to the Viking era. We’ll then continue our scenic journey through Norway, navigating
tunnels, bridges, and enjoying segments by boat along the fjord coast. Notably, one of these
undersea tunnels is the deepest in the world, adding a unique element to our trip. The two
boat trips will offer both relaxation and spectacular views.
We’ll arrive in Bergen around lunchtime and take a cable car up Mount Fløyen for
breathtaking views of the city and the Bergen fjord. Afterward, you’ll have free time to
explore Bergen, known as the capital city of fjords.
Today, we’ll immerse ourselves in Norway’s stunning landscapes, featuring fjords, glaciers, lakes, and forests. Our journey will take us to Sognefjord, the largest fjord in Norway. Along the way, we’ll stop to admire the majestic Tvindefossen Waterfall. We’ll then enjoy a magnificent cruise between Gudvangen and Aurland, soaking in the breathtaking scenery during this hour-and-a-half voyage. Continuing, we’ll traverse snow-covered landscapes and pass through the Aurland Tunnel, the longest tunnel in the world. We’ll also visit the exterior of Borgund’s 12th-century wooden church, renowned as Norway’s best-preserved medieval church. Finally, we’ll arrive in Oslo, where you’ll have free time to explore the port, main streets, and the artwork in Frogner Park.
We’ll start the day with a panoramic tour of Oslo, guided by a local expert. Oslo seamlessly
blends vibrant modern architecture with classical buildings, stunning natural scenery, and
expansive parks featuring impressive sculptures. Recognized as the European Green Capital,
Oslo offers a rich array of green spaces. After the tour, you'll have free time to explore the
city at your own pace.
In the afternoon, we’ll depart for Sweden, traveling through picturesque landscapes of
forests and lakes. Our first stop will be Örebro, a historic town set by a beautiful lake,
featuring a charming old town and a notable castle. You’ll have time to stroll and enjoy the
local sights before we continue our journey to Stockholm, arriving in the evening.
Today we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of this beautiful capital city, built on 14 interconnected islands. We’ll visit Gamla Stan, also known as the “the city between bridges”, the lively old quarter filled with monumental buildings such as the Nobel Prize Museum, located right beside the main square of Stortorget which honors Nobel Prize winners, the Cathedral, and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we’ll enjoy the stunning views from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Afterwards, you’ll have leisure time to explore. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, you can visit the City Hall and the Vasa Museum.
