Discover London on a panoramic tour led by a local guide, highlighting the city’s rich culture and history. You’ll visit iconic landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, and Buckingham Palace, where you may have the chance to witness the Changing of the Guard (subject to schedule). In the evening, we’ll meet in Piccadilly and take a stroll through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, famous for their vibrant atmosphere, theaters, and entertainment. You'll have ample dining options in these lively areas before we return to the hotel.
We’ll begin the day by departing from London and traveling north to Cambridge. There, we’ll take in the beauty of the historic colleges. After lunch, we'll continue to York, where you can marvel at the stunning cathedral, Roman walls, and vibrant shopping streets. You'll have some free time to explore this charming city. Our journey will then take us to Durham, a picturesque medieval town renowned for its impressive cathedral and castle.
We’ll journey to Scotland, making a stop in Alnwick, a charming town renowned for its beautiful gardens and the grand medieval castle, famously featured in the Harry Potter films. Continuing on, we’ll arrive in Edinburgh around midday. As Scotland’s capital and one of Northern Europe’s most vibrant cities, Edinburgh’s historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dominated by the imposing castle that overlooks the city’s steep streets and lush parks, we’ll enjoy a panoramic tour guided by a local expert.
With the group, we’ll explore the process of making Scotland’s national drink at a whiskey distillery (entrance included). This exquisite liquor, crafted from barley, is enjoyed not only in Scotland but also around the world, making it a major export. The rest of the day is yours to further enjoy Edinburgh—stroll through its vibrant streets and immerse yourself in the city’s rich historical and cultural heritage.
After departing Edinburgh, we'll stop to photograph The Kelpies, monumental sculptures of
horse heads inspired by Scottish mythology. These striking figures represent the strength
and beauty of horses and their connection to water and land. We’ll then head to Stirling,
where we’ll visit its impressive historic center and the grand Stirling Castle, a site of
significant historical events, including legendary battles and the coronation of several
Scottish kings (visit included).
Continuing north, we’ll reach Pitlochry, a picturesque town in the heart of Scotland's
whisky-producing region. You’ll have time for lunch and a leisurely stroll. As we move
further north, we’ll visit Culloden, the site of a pivotal 18th-century battle between Scottish
and British forces. This conflict had lasting impacts on Scotland, leading to the suppression
of its culture and traditions.
In the evening, we’ll arrive in Inverness, the "Capital of the Highlands." Here, you can enjoy
a walk along the banks of the River Ness and admire the iconic suspension bridge.
Prepare for an exciting day as we explore the stunning landscapes of northern Scotland,
including forests, lochs, remote plains, and fjords. Our first stop will be the picturesque
Eilean Donan Castle, beautifully situated on the waters of a fjord (tickets included). Next,
we’ll visit Fort Augustus to see the sluice gate system, with time for lunch and a leisurely
stroll.
In the afternoon, we’ll head to Loch Ness for a boat tour on its dark and mysterious waters
(tour included). Following the boat ride, we’ll visit the medieval Urquhart Castle, offering
breathtaking views of the lake (admission included). We’ll conclude the day with
accommodation in Inverness.
We’ll continue to revel in Scotland’s stunning landscapes, starting with a visit to Spean
Bridge to see the monument commemorating the Second World War. Our next stop will be
Fort William, a popular tourist hub at the base of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK.
We’ll also pass by Kilchurn Castle, known for its picturesque ruins by a dark lake.
Continuing, we’ll reach Inveraray, a charming historic village on the shores of Loch Fyne,
where you can admire the large castle and explore the tranquil streets. We’ll stop for lunch
here before heading back along the scenic shores of Loch Lomond. We’ll arrive in Glasgow in
the evening, where you’ll have some time to explore the vibrant city center.
Today, we’ll depart from Glasgow and travel south to Cairnryan to board a ferry. This journey will take us to Northern Ireland, where we’ll arrive in Belfast, the capital, which is evolving from its historical religious conflicts into a vibrant city. From Belfast, we’ll continue our journey into Eire, Ireland, and reach our final destination, Dublin, by the end of the day.
We’ll begin the day with a panoramic tour of Dublin, Ireland's charming capital. We’ll stroll along the banks of the River Liffey, visiting its beautiful parks, historic university, and lively downtown streets. Highlights include a view of the exterior of Trinity College. The afternoon will be free for you to explore Dublin at your own pace.
We’ll depart from Dublin and head to Powerscourt, where we’ll visit the stunning
Powerscourt Gardens, renowned for their 18th-century design and considered the most
beautiful in Ireland (admission included). You’ll have the chance to admire the ornate
fountains, Japanese Gardens, and even the pet cemetery.
Afterwards, we’ll travel to Kilkenny, where you’ll have time for lunch and a leisurely stroll
around this vibrant town. Further south, we’ll visit the impressive Rock of Cashel, a medieval
fortress symbolizing the Irish resistance against English rule (admission included).
We’ll arrive in Cork in the evening, Ireland’s second-largest city, and you’ll have time for a
stroll in the city center before enjoying dinner.
We’ll begin our day by heading to Kinsale, where we’ll stop at Charles Fort to take in the
stunning ocean views from this 17th-century fortress. You’ll have time to explore the
historic center of Kinsale, renowned as one of Ireland’s most beautiful coastal towns.
Next, we’ll travel to Killarney, a popular tourist town in the heart of Ireland. Here, you’ll
have time for lunch and a leisurely stroll around the town. Following this, enjoy a romantic
Jaunting Car Tour through Killarney National Park (included), where you’ll pass through lush
gardens and along the lake to Ross Castle, offering picturesque lakeside views. The tour also
includes a short cruise to further appreciate the scenic beauty of the lake.
We’ll make a brief stop in Adare, a charming village known for its stone and thatched-roof
cottages and the ruins of an old abbey. By mid-afternoon, we’ll arrive in Limerick, where
you’ll have time to explore the city center, visit the castle, walk along the river, explore the
cathedral, or check out the shopping center. Dinner will be included.
Today, we’ll visit Folk Park in Bunratty (tickets included), where you’ll experience Irish
history firsthand through traditional cottages, old markets, and a medieval castle that vividly
represents life in the Middle Ages.
Next, we’ll travel to Caherconnell to see the Poulnabrone Dolmen, a historic megalithic
tomb, and possibly witness some sheepdog demonstrations.
We’ll then head to the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher (admission included), where you can
enjoy the dramatic ocean views and, if you wish, walk up to O’Brien’s Tower for an even
more spectacular vantage point. Our journey will continue through the stunning landscapes
of Burren National Park before arriving in Galway.
We’ll depart for Cong, a charming village set in a picturesque lake area. Here, we’ll explore
the ruins of the Royal Abbey and take a stroll around Ashford Castle, a stunning medieval
castle now transformed into a luxurious hotel.
Next, we’ll travel to Clonmacnoise, where, after lunch, we’ll visit the ancient Celtic monastic
ruins (tickets with a guided tour included). We’ll continue our journey to Dublin, arriving in
the evening.
We’ll board a ferry early in the morning and, after a three to three-and-a-half-hour journey, arrive in Wales. Our first stop will be Caernarfon, a seaside World Heritage Site known for its impressive castle. You’ll have time for lunch and a leisurely stroll around the area. We’ll then continue to Liverpool, where we’ll embark on a short bus tour of this historic city, a World Heritage Site with the second-largest port in the United Kingdom. If you're interested, you can also visit The Beatles Museum.
Today, we’ll delve into central England. Our first stop will be Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare, where you'll have free time for lunch and exploration. We’ll then head to Oxford, famed for its prestigious university that has educated numerous kings, politicians, philosophers, and scientists. Finally, we’ll continue our journey to London, arriving in the evening.
